摘    要:针对一种能快速修补隧道衬砌裂缝的组合结构,运用ABAQUS模拟完好衬砌、带裂缝衬砌和组合结构修补后衬砌这3个工况。经分析表明:衬砌产生裂缝后,局部会产生较大的拉压应力,使衬砌裂损进一步加剧;组合结构快速修补后,较大压应力和拉应力经重分布而减小,衬砌基本恢复到完好衬砌状态;组合构件边缘处衬砌产生了应力集中,需通过渐变顺接等措施处理。

Analysis of Stress State of Assembly Structure for Rapid Repair of Lining Cracking in Traffic Tunnels
Abstract:A method is illustrated to simplify an existing assembly structure which can rapid repair lining cracking of tunnel in a relative short time, applying ABAQUS into the analyzing process. By modifying and comparing the differences between well-preserved lining, lining fracture and post-repairing lining by using assembly structure,Analysis shows that lining cracking will expand when some sections have overlarge pulling and pressure stress that caused by the damage of tunnel. After attaching rapid-repair method, however, the major pressure stress and pulling stress decreases after redistribution, therefore,linings mainly recover to its well-preserved state. Since the stress concentration of lining will show up at the edge of assembly members, gradual changing measures should be attached.
