温拌沥青混合料在沥青路面中的适用性分析

摘    要:通过掺添加剂的方法改善普通沥青的粘度获得温拌沥青混合料,并分析其与普通沥青混凝土的材料特性、施工性能的差异,以探究其低温施工的关键技术。当温降为30℃时,温拌沥青混凝土的材料特性、施工性能仍能得到有效保证。通过与热拌型沥青试铺筑进行对比,不仅抗水损能力与高温稳定性明显优于热拌型混合料,且具有更稳定的压实区间和压实时间。结果表明:温拌沥青混合料具有更优越的材料特性、施工性能及路用性能。

Analysis on Applicability of Warm Mix Asphalt Mixture on Asphalt Pavement
Abstract:To improve the viscosity of the common asphalt by adding additive so as to obtain warm mix asphalt mixture and analyze its difference with common asphalt concrete on material features and construction performance in order to explore the feasible key technology of low temperature construction. It shows that when the temperature is up to 30℃, the material feature and construction performance of warm mix asphalt concrete can still be effectively ensured. Comparing with the trial paving with hot mixed asphalte, the warm mix asphalt mixture can be not only superior to hot mixed mixture on anti-water damage capability and high temperature stability, but also have more stable compaction section and time. The result shows the warm mix asphalt concrete has more superior material features, construction and pavement performance.
