汾江路南延线沉管隧道浮运沉放施工技术研究

摘    要:汾江路南延线沉管隧道位于佛山市南部,是国内第一条建于内河中上游的沉管隧道,管段浮运沉放等施工工艺与传统海上或者江河沉管隧道有较大差异。为此,在介绍管段浮运沉放基础资料的收集整理、坞内准备、安装临时支承垫块、安装锚缆和锚块等准备工作的基础上,以E1管段为例,研究管段浮运沉放等关键施工技术和压砂法在管段基础处理的具体应用。

Floating and Immersing Construction Techniques of the Immersed Tunnel along South Fenjiang Road
Abstract:The immersed tunnel along south Fenjiang Road is located at the southern part of Foshan, which is the first immersed tunnel built on the upper and middle reach of inland rivers in China. Construction techniques, such as floating and immersing, are different from that of traditional immersed tunnels at seas or in rivers. This paper introduces the preparation works of floating and immersing, such as fundamental information collection, preparation in coves, installing temporary supporting pad, anchor cables and anchor blocks. It also introduces crucial construction techniques, such as floating and immersing taking E1 pipe section as an example and specific applications of sand injection in foundation treatment of pipe section.
