湖南干线公路沥青路面基面层间粘结性能的研究

摘    要:以湖南省干线公路为依托,运用路面结构设计弹性层状体系理论,采用剪切试验研究温度、封层种类、封层用油量等主要因素对基面层间粘结性能的影响,同时对下封层为稀浆封层的层间粘结结合拉拔试验来进行验证,从而确定出常温、高温下同步碎石封层、稀浆封层的最佳用油量及夏季高温条件下对基面层间粘结性能的影响。通过对两种封层抗剪强度比较发现,基面层间采用同步碎石封层比采用稀浆封层的粘结强度高。剪切试验与拉拔试验所得的粘结强度之间有很好的相关性。

Study on Bonding Performance of Asphalt Pavement Base of Hunan’s Trunk Highway
Abstract:The main factors impacting on the base bonding performance, such as temperature, seal coat type, use level of oil in seal coat, etc.are researched by shear test according to elastic layer system theory for pavement structure design of the trunk highway in Hunan province, and verified by the interlayer bonding pull-out test of the lower seal coat-slurry seal so as to determine the impact of the optimal use level of oil in synchronous crushed stone seal coat and slurry seal on the base bonding performance at normal temperature and high temperature. According to comparison of shear strength between two seal coats, it was found that the synchronous crushed stone seal coat has higher bonding strength than the slurry seal. The bonding strength determined according to the shear test and the pull-out test has good bonding strength.
