重载铁路粉细砂路基填筑施工技术研究

摘    要:针对重载型运煤铁路对路基土工结构质量、安全性要求高及粉细砂路基填料难以压实问题,基于填料的物理性质,结合施工场地条件,提出适合于该区域的粉细砂碾压施工方法及工艺流程。经现场压实系数K和地基系数K30检测表明:其施工方法实施效果满足规范压实度要求。

Study on Construction Technology of Fine Silty Sand Filled Subgrade along Heavy Haul Railway
Abstract:Heavy haul railway for coal transportation sets high requirement on its subgrade earth structure and safety, however fine silty sand filling is difficult to be compacted. Focusing on this issue and depending on the filling’s physical properties together with the construction site conditions, the construction method and technical process applicable to rolling compaction of fine silty sand in such area were proposed, and the compaction coefficient K and the foundation coefficient K30 were tested on the site. The results show that the construction method herein contributes to the effect meeting the compaction degree required in the code.
