中巴公路奥布段冰碛土特征及其路用性能评价

中巴公路奥布段冰碛土分布广泛，在调查冰碛土的类型和分布特征基础上，分析其颗粒组构特征，并重点探讨冰碛土作为路基填料的适用性。结果表明:中巴公路奥布段冰碛物多为碎石土，具有承载力高、渗透性良好等优越工程特征，但多数级配不良，需要对土体进行级配改良后方可作为路基填料使用；对改良后级配良好的冰碛土作为路基填料适用性强，承载比、材料膨胀量和压实度等指标均满足规范要求，且具有易于压实、储量丰富、距施工区距离较近等优点。

Characteristics and Road Performance Evaluation of Moraine Soil in the Aobu Section of the Sino-Pakistan Highway

Moraine soil is widely distributed in the Aobu section of the Sino-Pakistan highway. Based on investigating the types and distribution characteristics of moraine soil, the grain fabric characteristics of the moraine soil are analyzed and the applicability of moraine soil treated as the subgrade filler is mainly discussed. The results show that most of moraine soil in the study area is gravel soil, with such superior engineering characteristics as high bearing capacity and good permeability. However, due to the bad gradation, it is necessary to improve the soil gradation before it is used as the subgrade filler. Moraine soils with good gradation have strong applicability as the subgrade filler after grade improvement. Also, such indexes as the bearing ratio, the material expansion and the degree of compaction all meet the requirements of the code. Besides, it has the advantages of easy compaction, abundant reserves, near the construction area and so on.
