土石混合填料压实特性的颗粒流模拟研究

摘    要:采用正交试验,运用离散元程序PFC3D,研究了大、小块石含量、填料最大粒径在不同水平下,对土石混合填料压实特性的影响。研究结果表明:土石混合填料在循环荷载下,浅层填料位移大于深层填料位移,15个循环加载后,荷载对深层填料的作用较小。3种因素对土石混合填料孔隙率影响大小依次为大块石含量、小块石含量、最大粒径。填料孔隙率先随着大小块石含量的增加而减小,当块石含量大于25%时,孔隙率又逐渐增大。填料最大粒径也会对孔隙率产生影响,孔隙率随着填料最大粒径的增大而增大。

Study on Particle Flow Simulation of Compaction Characteristics of Earth-rock Mixed Filler
Abstract:In this paper, orthogonal experiments were carried out to study the effects of large and small stone content and the maximum particle size of fillers on the compaction characteristics of earth-rock mixed fillers in different levels using the discrete element program PFC3D. The results show that under cyclic loading, the displacement of shallow-layer filler is greater than that of deep-layer filler. After 15 cycles of loading, the effect of load on deep-layer filler is small. The influence of three factors on the porosity of earth-rock mixed fillers was in the order of large stone content, small stone content and maximum particle size. The porosity of the filler first decreases with the increase of the content of large and small stones. When the stone content is more than 25%, the porosity increases gradually. The maximum particle size of the filler also affects the porosity, and the porosity increases with the increase of the maximum particle size of the filler.
