混杂复合纤维高性能混凝土断裂性能研究

摘    要:为了研究混杂复合纤维对高性能混凝土断裂性能的影响,采用切口梁,对11种配合比的单掺及混掺纤维高性能混凝土进行断裂试验。基于断裂试验结果,采用理论分析方法,以比例极限强度、峰值强度、断裂能为评判指标,对其断裂性能、混杂效应进行了研究。结果表明:CTF纤维和PF单掺纤维混凝土断裂试验呈现出脆性破坏;试验中CTF,PF纤维断裂试验的最佳掺量分别为1.2,1.0 kg/m3;基于双掺纤维(CTF+PF)混凝土试验结果,分析得到了试验中双掺的最佳配比,同时通过计算得到对应于fl,fu和GF的混杂效应系数分别为1.146,1.117,1.247,呈混杂正效应。

Study on Fracture Property of High Performance Concrete Reinforced by Fiber Hybrid Composite
Abstract:In order to study the effect of hybrid fiber on fracture properties of high performance concrete, the notched beam fracture tests on high performance concrete reinforced by single and hybrid fiber in 11 varieties of proportioning were conducted. Based on the test result, the fracture property and hybrid effect thereof were studied by theoretical analysis with the evaluation index of proportional ultimate strength, peak strength and fracture energy. The result shows that, the fracture test on single CTF fiber or PF fiber reinforced concrete presents brittle failure, wherein the optimal content of CTF and PF fiber is 1.2 kg/m3 and 1.0 kg/m3 respectively; for dual fiber (CTF+PF) reinforced concrete, the test finds out the optimal proportioning and, through calculation, the hybrid effect coefficient corresponding to fl, fu and GF is 1.146, 1.117, 1.247 respectively, presenting positive hybrid effect.
