摘    要:针对有砟轨道道砟下基床表层传感器安装工程所存在的施工场地狭窄和重复施工的问题,提出一种新型有砟轨道路基线间安装作业方法及临时支护结构。运用COMSOL有限元软件对该临时支护结构的支护效果和力学特性进行分析,建立了有限元模型,分析了其整体变形和结构内力,进而判断结构整体的稳定性,并在朔黄重载铁路神池至宁武西某一断面处道砟下作业中实例应用,验证设计支护结构的可行性。结果显示:该临时支护结构灵活性高、占地面积小、适用性强,改善了作业环境,提高了在线间作业进行下挖工作的稳定性和效率。

Study on Temporary Supporting Structure for Sensor Mounting on Subgrade Bed under Ballast Track Subgrade
Abstract:There are difficulties, including narrow site and repeated steps of the construction, in the works of sensor mounting on surface layer of subgrade bed under ballast track. A new work method and temporary supporting structure for the installation between the lines of ballast track subgrade were proposed herein and, with the aid of COMSOL finite element software, the supporting effect and mechanical properties of this temporary supporting structure were analyzed. Thus the finite element model was established to analyze the overall deformation and the internal force, furthermore, to judge the stability of the structure. It was applied in the work under the ballast at a fault plane in the section from Shengchi to Ningwu West of Shuozhou-Huanghua Heavy Haul Railway in order to verify its feasibility of design. The result shows that this temporary supporting structure, due to its high flexibility, small occupation, strong applicability, improves the working environment, and enhances the stability and efficiency of down digging work between the lines.
