摘    要:以深圳地铁10号线福田口岸站—福民站区间盾构隧道近距离下穿深圳某住宅小区老旧砖混民居建筑为依托,根据实际施工方案对盾构隧道下穿建筑物的施工过程进行了数值模拟计算,研究设计袖阀管注浆预加固方案下隧道下穿施工对砖混建筑结构受力的影响。通过计算分析表明:盾构隧道正穿对建筑物的影响明显大于侧穿方式;下穿施工对脆性材料结构影响大于对延性材料的影响;采用袖阀管注浆加固方案,可有效控制建筑物拉应力发展,保证受力安全。

Study on the Influence and Control Method of Shield Tunneling on the Stress of Brick-concrete Building
Abstract:Based on the interval shield tunnel of Shenzhen Metro Line 10 Futian Port Station—Fumin Station underpassing the old brick-concrete residential building in Shenzhen in a close distance, according to the actual construction plan of the project, the numerical simulation of the construction process was carried out. According to the simulation results, this paper studies the influence of the tunnel underpassing construction on the structure of the old brick-concrete building under the pre-reinforcement scheme of the sleeve valve tube grouting. The analysis of the calculation shows that the influence of shield tunneling on the building is obviously greater than that of lateral tunneling. The influence of underpassing construction on the brittle material structure is obviously greater than that of the ductile material. With the grouting reinforcement scheme of sleeve valve tube, the development of the tensile stress of the building can be effectively controlled to ensure the safety of the force.
