生物沥青掺量对再生沥青混合料路用性能影响试验研究

摘    要:为掌握生物沥青对不同老化程度再生沥青混合料路用性能的影响,通过对不同程度长期老化沥青与不同生物沥青掺量调和制备再生沥青混合料进行高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性进行试验研究。结果表明:随着生物沥青掺量增加,生物沥青再生混合料高温稳定性逐渐变差,低温抗裂性逐渐变好,水稳定性则先变好后变差;随着沥青老化程度加深,掺入生物沥青对其沥青混合料高温稳定性造成的下降速率增加,对其低温抗裂性的改善速率降低;适宜的生物沥青掺量可使不同老化程度的沥青混合料低温抗裂性和水稳定性恢复,且高温稳定性也满足路用性能要求。

Experimental Study on Influence of Bio-asphalt Content on Pavement Performance of Recycled Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:In order to understand the influence of bio-asphalt on the pavement performance of recycled asphalt mixtures with different aging degrees, the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of recycled asphalt mixtures prepared by mixing different degrees of long-term aging asphalt with different amounts of bio-asphalt were studied. The results show that with the increase of the content of bio-asphalt, the high temperature stability of the bio-asphalt recycled mixture gradually deteriorates, the low temperature crack resistance gradually becomes better, and the water stability first becomes better and then deteriorates. With the aging degree of the asphalt is deepened, the rate of decline caused by the incorporation of bio-asphalt into the high temperature stability of the asphalt mixture increases, and the rate of improvement of the low temperature crack resistance decreases. The suitable content of bio-asphalt can restore the low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the asphalt mixture with different aging degrees, and the high temperature stability also meets the pavement performance requirements.
