摘    要:桩板墙作为路堑边坡的常用防护结构,在膨胀土地区工程应用中的设计参数过于保守。为研究肯尼亚蒙内铁路在蒙巴萨地区膨胀土地段路基的桩板墙防护结构,基于正交试验设计方法,采用数值仿真模型,分析了路堑边坡开挖过程中桩板墙结构不同位置处的受力变形规律,并对桩板墙的设计参数进行了优化。结果表明:优化后桩前纵向棱角处和板体中部的最大剪应力分别降低了23.02 %和16.30 %,C35钢筋混凝土用量减少了6.16 %。

Study on Optimization of Design Parameters for Pile-Sheet Wall in Expansive Soil Area Based on Orthogonal Test
Abstract:Pile-sheet wall, as a common protective structure for cutting slope, has so conservative design parameters when used in expansive soil area. In order to study the pile-sheet wall in the expansive soil section of subgrade along Mombasa-Nairobi Railway in Kenya, depending on orthogonal test, the stress and deformation rules thereof at different positions during excavation of cutting slope were analyzed by use of numerical simulation model, and then the design parameters of the pile-sheet wall were optimized. The result shows that, after the optimization, the maximum shear stress at the longitudinal edge before pile and in the middle of slab reduces by 23.02% and 16.30% respectively, and the consumption of C35 reinforced concrete by 6.16%.
