摘 要: | 某Ⅰ级新建铁路下伏多层煤矿采空区治理工程,采用探灌结合、先探后灌、边探边灌,追踪布灌的动态施工方法,对多层采空采取下行式分层全充填压力注浆。同时,对大空洞结合灌注粗骨料进行注浆加固,使采空区得到合理加固,不但空洞不遗漏,且节约了钻孔和注浆工程量。

Key Technologies for Treatment of Underlying Multilayer Mined-out Areas of Class Ⅰ Railway Deep Cutting |

Abstract: | Relying on the underlying multilayer mined-out area engineering of Class I newly-built railway, combining dynamic construction methods like exploration and grouting combination, grouting after exploration, exploration with grouting and tracking the layered downward grouting method is adopted for multilayer mined-out areas.The full grouting under pressure is adopted and the grouting reinforcement with coarse aggregate is performed on big cavity, so that the mined-out areas can be reasonably reinforced without cavity omission, which reduced borehole and grouting work quantity. |
