基于MARC的CFG桩复合地基褥垫层有限元分析

摘    要:依托某工程,运用MARC有限元分析软件,通过建立CFG桩复合地基有限元模型,分析了褥垫层在CFG桩复合地基中的作用。结果表明:褥垫层的设置可以调节CFG桩复合地基的桩土应力比,在一定程度上会影响CFG桩承载力的发挥和桩与土的沉降;结合分析结果和实际情况,建议褥垫层的厚度取0.3m,褥垫层的材料采用5~20mm粒径的碎石。

FEA on Cushion for CFG Pile Composite Foundation Based on MARC

Abstract:Depending on a practical engineering, a finite element model for CFG pile composite foundation was established with MARC FEA software to analyze the role of cushion therein. The result shows that the cushion setting may adjust the pile-soil stress ration in CFG pile composite foundation, and will affect to some extent both the play of CFG pile's beating capacity and the settlement of the pile and soil; combining the analysis result with the practical situation, it is recommended that the thickness of cushion is taken as O. 3 m and its material as macadam with the particle size of 5-20 mm. The result of model analysis provides basis for the cushion design in the process of composite foundation design.
