离子土壤固化剂改性膨胀土的试验研究

摘    要:采用离子土壤固化剂对南水北调中线工程南阳段膨胀土进行改性试验研究。基于自由膨胀率试验、比表面积试验、SEM试验和抗剪强度试验,分析了经不同配比的离子土壤固化剂改性前后膨胀土物理化学性质的变化规律。试验研究结果表明:离子土壤固化剂的最优配比为1∶150;处理后膨胀土的自由膨胀率和比表面积显著降低,土的亲水能力减弱,稳定性增强;离子土壤固化剂与膨胀土作用后,层状结构更加致密,土粒之间的联结增强,土体黏聚力明显增强,其工程性质也得到很大程度的改善。

Experimental Study on Expansive Soil Modified by Ion Soil Stabilizer

Abstract:In the Nanyang section of Middle Route Project of South-North Water Diversion, ion soil stabilizer was used to make study on expansive soil there by modification test. Based on the tests of free swelling ratio, specific surface area, SEM and shear strength, the change laws of the physical and chemical properties of the expansive soil which was modified by ion soil stabilizer in different proportions, were analyzed. The study results show that the optimal proportion of the ion soil stabilizer is 1:150; the free swelling ratio and specific surface area of the stabilized expansive soil reduce to a great extent, and the soil has its hydrophilicity decreased and the stability increased; after the interaction between the ion soil stabilizer and expansive soil, there goes the more compact stratified structure with the linkage between the soil particles enhanced and the cohesion of the soil mass strengthened significantly, thus the engineering properties thereof are improved greatly.
