摘    要:通过正交试验,研究了用水量、砂率、矿渣掺量、沸石掺量、沸石比表面积五种因素对矿渣沸石混凝土强度、工作性能的影响规律。给出了掺矿渣沸石混凝土的最适宜配合比。采用电通量法和氯离子扩散系数法研究了适宜配比条件下混凝土的氯离子渗透性,较基准混凝土好。通过SEM照片对各龄期微观结构进行了分析,密实程度明显高于基准混凝土。

Experimental Study on COO High-strength Concrete Prepared by Slag and Zeolite as Admixtures

Abstract:Through orthogonal experiments, the rules affecting strength and working performance of slagzeolite concrete by five factors, including water consumption, sand ratio, slag content, zeolite content and specific surface area of zeolite, are studied ; the most proper proportions of slag and zeolite are given. Through the use of electric flux and chloride ion diffusion coefficient, chloride ion permeability of the concrete with proper proportion is analyzed and proved to be better than that of base concrete ; and through SEM photos, the micro-structure at every age is analyzed with the degree of compactness being proved to be superior to base concrete.
