摘    要:隧道工程爆破掘进,如何准确快捷地将设计出的炮孔放样到掘进断面上是其难点。基于AUTOCAD计算机辅助软件中的二维直角坐标体系,结合隧道的相关参数,对隧道轮廓进行图形建模,在AUTOCAD中通过定位点工具即能直接定位读出每个炮孔在模型断面上的唯一坐标值,采用这些坐标值,施工现场利用激光隧道放样仪即可快捷准确在隧道断面上定位出每个炮孔的具体位置,大大提高了炮孔施工放样效率。并结合工程实际,通过一类隧道进行数学建模,利用高等数学微积分知识推导出一类隧道的断面面积计算式。

Research on Application of AUTOCAD and Laser in Blasting Tunneling

Abstract:Against blasting tunneling, how to correctly and rapidly locate the designed blasthole lofting on tunneling section is difficult. Based on two-dimensional rectangular coordinate system in AutoCAD and combined with related parameters of tunnel, graphic modeling is carried out against tunnel profile and the sole coordinate figure of each blasthole on the section of the model could be read out with point positioning tool in AutoCAD. With these figures, the specific location of each blasthole could be confirmed on the tunnel section rapidly and accurately by tunnel laser lofting device at construction site; thus the lofting efficiency could be increased greatly. Moreover, combined with practical cases, mathematical modeling is carried out through the first class tunnel so as to deduce the formula for section area of the tunnel by knowledge of calculus in higher mathematics.
