管井降水动力联合预压固结法加固福安某厂软土地基的研究

摘    要:结合福安某厂软土地基加固工程,采用管井降水动力联合预压固结法处理软土地基,分析了其基本原理、设计参数、施工工艺。对有代表性区域的地下水位、沉降进行监测,利用静力触探和载荷试验等原位测试手段对加固效果进行检测。工程实践表明:管井降水动力联合预压固结法处理软土地基取得了较好的效果。

Study on Tube Well Dewatering-dynamic Preloading Consolidation Method Soft Foundation Treatment for Certain Factory in Fu'an

Abstract:Combined with the soft soil foundation reinforcement project of certain factory in Fu'an, tube well dewatering-dynamic preloading consolidation method is used for soft soil foundation treatment. And its basic principle, design parameters, and construction process thereof is analyzed. The groundwater level and subsidence in typical zone is monitored and the reinforcement effect is inspected by static sounding and loading tests and other it-situ tests. The engineering practice shows that such method is better for the soft soil foundation treatment.
