摘    要:针对粉状沥青的成粉方法问题,系统研究了赤泥基沥青粉的成粉机理和材料配比,进行了赤泥基沥青粉固化粉土可行性验证研究,设计了赤泥基沥青粉材料配比试验和固化粉土试验。结果表明:赤泥基沥青粉中随着赤泥掺量的增大,赤泥基沥青粉的细度和储存稳定性越好,材料配比为赤泥∶沸石粉∶#70基质沥青=22∶1∶10的赤泥基沥青粉在细度和储存稳定性达到最优;赤泥基沥青粉能够大幅度提高固化粉土的强度和水稳定性,可以作为低等级公路基层使用。

Study on Preparation Method and Application Verification of a New Red Mud Asphalt Powder
Abstract:In view of the composition method of powdery asphalt, the composition mechanism and material ratio of red mud based asphalt powder were systematically studied, and the feasibility of red mud based asphalt powder solidified silt was verified. The mixture ratio test and solidified silt test of red mud based asphalt powder were designed. The results show that: with the increase of red mud content, the fineness and storage stability of red mud based asphalt powder are better. When the ratio of red mud: zeolite powder: #70 base asphalt = 22∶1∶10, the fineness and storage stability of red mud based asphalt powder are the best. Red mud based asphalt powder can greatly improve the strength and water stability of solidified silt, and can be used as the base of low-grade highway.
