摘    要:结合目前较成熟的光固化成型技术和数字化光处理技术,开展3D打印规格集料的尝试。首先对采集的粗集料开展三维扫描测试,然后采用3D打印技术制作集料,实现不同粒径集料规格的统一化;最后对打印集料与天然集料的力学强度、物理性能、体积指标进行比对,探讨3D打印技术制备标准规格集料的可行性。研究表明:树脂类材料弯曲性能优良,硬度接近天然集料;树脂基碎石密度较轻,质地均匀,形状一致,有助于改善施工均匀性和制作轻质混凝土材料;采用光固化成型技术和数字化光处理技术方式打印的集料形态接近,与天然集料的体积指标偏差较小,基本可以实现5 %以内的制备精度。制备规格均一的标准沥青路面集料成为可行。

Research on Preparation Effect of Coarse Aggregate Standard Model Based on 3D Printing Technology
Abstract:Combined with the relatively mature Stereo Lithography Apparatus technology and Digital Light Processing technology, the experiment of 3D printing specification aggregate was carried out. Firstly, the collected coarse aggregate was tested by 3D scanning, and then the aggregate was made by 3D printing technology to realize the unification of aggregate size with different sizes. Finally, the mechanical strength, physical properties and volume indexes of printed aggregate and natural aggregate were compared, and the feasibility of preparing standard aggregate by 3D printing technology was discussed. The results show that resin materials have good bending properties, their hardness is close to that of natural aggregates. Resin-based gravel has the advantages of light density, uniform texture and uniform shape, which helps to improve the uniformity of construction and the production of lightweight concrete materials. The aggregates printed by SLA and DLP are similar in shape and have small deviation from the volume index of natural aggregate, and the preparation accuracy within 5 % can be achieved basically. It is feasible to prepare standard asphalt pavement aggregates with uniform specifications.
