Construction Analysis of Highway Tunnel Passing through Weathered Groove Section
Abstract:Based on the weathered groove section project of right line of Xihuanshan No.1 Tunnel of Chaoshan Ring Line Highway, constructs the construction dynamic 3D model of the tunnel based on the finite difference fractional value simulation software, compares and analyzes the deformation characteristics and stress change rules of the surrounding rock under the homogeneous rocks and inclusive weathered eluvial rocks when the tunnel face is excavated at the weathered groove section. The results show that: under the two rock formations, the maximum vertical displacement of the ground surface occurred in the upper part of the middle line of the tunnel, but with a contrast between the displacement variation law on both sides of the middle line; the maximum horizontal displacement occurred on the upper part of the middle dyke, with a "point of inflection" of the displacement on the right boundary of the weathered interlayer; each monitored part of the excavation section shares the same settlement and deformation law, and under the inclusive weathered eluvial rocks, the vertical stress is significantly different on both sides of the middle line of the tunnel, among which the stress on the right haunch, side walls and arch springing is obviously smaller than those on the left; a "point of inflection" occurred at the horizontal displacements of the middle dyke, which transits from the homogeneous rock to the inclusive weathered eluvial rock; the corresponding height of "point of inflection" decreases, and the positive displacement area of the middle dyke develops from the upper to the middle and gradually expands; the cumulative settlement of the arch apex increases gradually, and the cumulative settlement difference increases with the increase of excavation footage.
