摘    要:依托绍兴市镜水路南延工程与杭绍台高速公路坝头山共线叠加段路桥隧工程,针对路基与隧道工程同步建设施工风险高等突出问题,研究并优化两者交互施工工序,通过有限元分析和监控量测,模拟先施工隧道后开挖路堑、先开挖路堑后施工隧道及先开挖部分路堑后施工隧道再开挖剩余路堑的三个方案;对比分析变形、内力、塑性区分布等变化特征,提出合理的施工方案;监控量测很好地吻合仿真计算,成功控制了施工风险,可为类似工程提供参考。

Analysis of Reasonable Synchronous Construction Procedure for Newly-built Subgrade and Tunnelling
Abstract:In relation to the construction of Shaoxing Jingshui Road South extension project and Hangzhou—Shaoxing—Taizhou expressway Batou Mountain superimposed common line section road tunnel project, aiming at the prominent problem of high construction risk in the simultaneous construction of subgrade and tunneling, the interactive construction process is studied and optimized. Through the finite element analysis and monitoring measurement, the subgrade and tunnel construction is simulated and three schemes of constructing the tunnel first and then excavating the cutting, excavating the cutting first and then constructing the tunnel, and excavating part of the cutting first and then constructing the tunnel and finally excavating the remaining cutting are proposed. The variation characteristics of deformation, internal force and plastic zone distribution are compared and analyzed, and the reasonable construction scheme is put forward. The construction monitoring and measurement are well matched the simulating calculation, and the construction risk is successfully controlled. It can provide reference for similar projects.
