弹性波CT在铁路路基病害注浆效果检测中的应用

摘    要:以新建南钦铁路穿越横岭煤矿区路基病害注浆工程为例,采用弹性波CT对路基病害注浆效果进行检测。随着硬件设备性能的提高(如电火花震源激发能量大小、地震仪性能及孔内检波器灵敏度等),弹性波CT技术广泛应用于线路、场地、隧道等项目的工程地质勘查和病害探测。将大功率电火花震源的中、长跨距弹性波CT应用于铁路路基病害注浆效果检测中,对地层注浆前、后地质情况进行探测比对;探测结果有效地指导了实际注浆,并取得了良好的应用效果。

Application of Elastic Wave CT in Disease Detection for Railway Subgrade after Grouting
Abstract:Taking the grouting engineering for subgrade disease of the newly built Nanning-Qinzhou Railway across Hengling coal mining area as an example, elastic wave CT was used for detection of subgrade disease, and then for check of the grouting effect. As the hardware equipment have their performance improved (for example, sparker’s excitation energy, seismometer’s performance and Borehole Pick’s sensitivity etc.), this technology is widely applied to engineering geological survey and disease detection in line, site and tunnel projects. Herein the medium-and long-span elastic wave CT of high-power spark source was used to explore the geological conditions before and after grouting. The result from the exploration provided effective guidance to practical grouting, thus got good application effect.
