木质素改良低液限粉土相关性能试验研究

摘    要:对济南地区黄河冲积低液限粉土进行改良试验,研究以木质素作为固化剂对该地区粉土的改良效果。结果表明:木质素的掺入能减小土体空隙,与素土相比,木质素改良土的最大干密度增大,而最优含水率减小。木质素掺量和养护龄期对改良土的无侧限抗压强度UCS影响明显,木质素掺量在0%~16%时,UCS值随木质素掺量的增加而增大;UCS值随养护龄期的增加而增大,前7天的强度增长明显。将不同掺量的木质素改良土进行水稳性试验,发现木质素掺量为12%的改良土水稳性能最佳。

Experimental Study on Properties of Lignin Improved Low Liquid Limit Silt
Abstract:The improvement experiment was carried out on the low liquid limit silt in the alluvium area of Yellow River in Jinan for the purpose of studying on the improvement effect of lignin as the curing agent against the silt. The result shows that, the lignin is mixed to reduce the voids in the soil mass and, compared to plain soil, the lignin improved soil has increased maximum dry density and decreased optimal water content; the lignin content and the curing age has significant influence on the unconfined compressive strength UCS of the improved soil; when the lignin content from 0% to 16%, the UCS increases with the increment of the lignin content; as the curing age increases, the UCS increases also, and dramatically in the first 7 days especially. The water stability tests were also conducted on the soil improved by different amount of lignin, and it was found that the soil mixed with 12 percent of lignin performs best in water stability.
