摘    要:为探究李万隆铁矿尾矿库溃坝对拟建高速公路的影响,基于现场调查、现场采样和室内试验等手段,建立了地质概化模型和渗流稳定性分析模型,从尾矿坝渗流稳定性分析、溃流演进分析和风险防控三个方面进行了研究。结果表明:主坝溃坝风险显著高于#1副坝;尾矿库液化途径主要是空腔塌陷和坝体失稳;尾砂流对道路桥梁的破坏方式主要有冲击、冲刷和堆积。基于此,提出了设置石笼拦挡坝和桥墩防护翼墙两种构造物的防护方案。

Safety Assessment and Risk Prevention and Control of Highway Construction under the Influence of Tailings Dam-break
Abstract:To research the impact of tailings dam-failure of Liwanlong Iron Mine on planned expressway, based on field investigation, sampling and laboratory tests, a generalized geological model and seepage stability analysis model has been established to carry out research through the following three aspects: analysis of the stability of the tailings dam seepage, outburst evolution and risk prevention and control. The rusult shows that the failure risk of main dam is significantly higher than that of #1 auxiliary dam. The main liquefaction types of the tailings dam are cavity collapse and dam instability. The main damage modes of the tailings flow on roads and bridges are shock, erosion and accumulation. Aiming at possible damage to roads and bridges caused by dam-break, the protection schemes have been proposed for two types of the structures of the stone cage block dam and bridge pier protective wing wall.
