机场道面碳纤维发热线化冰试验研究

摘    要:为研究埋设有碳纤维发热线的机场道面的化冰效果,通过开展室内化冰试验,研究了不同加热功率、不同风力等级条件对道面化冰的影响。结果表明:距离发热线越近,温升速率越快,温度越高;加热功率、风力等级对道面化冰时间与耗电量影响显著,加热功率在一定范围内每提高50.0 W/m2,化冰时间缩短约2.15小时,耗电量减少约0.30 kW·h/m2,风力等级在一定范围内每提升1级,化冰时间延长约0.93小时,耗电量增加约0.32 kW·h/m2。

Experimental Study on Deicing of Carbon Fiber Heating Wire in Airport Pavement
Abstract:In order to study the deicing effect of carbon-fiber electric-heating wire embedded within airport pavement, this paper has studied the impact of different heating power and wind scales on deicing effect of airport pavement through indoor laboratory deicing test. The results show that the closer the distance to the heating wire, the faster the temperature rise and the higher the temperature is, which indicates heating power and wind scale have a significant impact on deicing time of the pavement and power consumption. When heating power increases 50.0 W/m2 each time within a certain range, deicing time will be shortened by 2.15 h and power consumption will be decreased by 0.30 kW·h/m2. While if wind scale increases one grade each time within a certain range, the deicing time will be extended by 0.93 h and power consumption will be increased by 0.32 kW·h/m2.
