摘    要:为研究高性能橡胶沥青及其混合料的性能,选取了具有代表性的SMA-13,AC-13以及橡胶沥青间断级配ARHM-13,并与4%SBS掺量改性沥青下AC-13和SMA-13的对比性试验,研究高性能橡胶沥青混合料的体积指标及路用性能。结果表明:采用与SBS完全相同的生产工艺,能够实现高性能橡胶沥青的生产,且制备得到的高性能橡胶沥青不仅达到了湿法拌制的技术标准,而高温储存改性剂离析指标还达到了SBS改性沥青的水平;高性能橡胶沥青适用于传统连续级配、SMA间断级配以及橡胶沥青专用的间断级配ARHM,同时,高性能橡胶

Experimental Research on Performance of High-performance Rubber Asphalt and Its Mixture
Abstract:in order to research the performance of high-performance rubber asphalt and its mixture, the representative SMA-13,AC-13 and rubber asphalt gap grading ARHM-13 are selected to the research the volume index and pavement performance of the mixture of high-performance rubber asphalt via the contrastive experiment of AC-13 and SMA-13 with 4% SBS added amount of modified asphalt. The results show that the production of high-performance rubber asphalt can be achieved by adopting the production process same as SBS and the prepared high-performance rubber asphalt meets the technical standard of wet process mixing. Further, the segregation index of the high-temperature storage modifier reaches the level of SBS modified asphalt. The high-performance rubber asphalt applies to traditional continuous grading, SMA gap grading and gap grading ARHM special for rubber asphalt. Meanwhile, the optimum oil consumption of the high-performance rubber asphalt decreases significantly and its comprehensive performance is at the same level with conventional SBS modified asphalt mixture.
