含半柔性水泥乳化沥青加铺层的路面结构承载力和疲劳寿命研究

摘    要:在对比分析国内外旧水泥混凝土路面加铺补强结构形式的基础上,分析了半柔性水泥乳化沥青加铺层、沥青面层、旧水泥混凝土路面对不同路面结构承载力、疲劳寿命的影响。计算结果表明:在旧水泥混凝土路面破损不是很严重的情况下,两种路面结构的半柔性水泥乳化沥青加铺层、沥青面层均满足路面结构承载力和疲劳寿命指标要求,但考虑综合受力和建造成本因素,宜优先选用结构A,即加铺一层半柔性水泥乳化沥青混合料层和一层沥青混合料面层;当旧路面当量回弹模量相同时,增加沥青层厚度可有效减少各结构层层底拉应力,但在满足承载力和疲劳性能的前提下,并不是沥青层越厚越好。

Study on Bearing Capacity and Fatigue Life of Pavement Structure Overlaying Semi-flexible Cement-emulsified Asphalt
Abstract:Based on contrastive analysis of the structures of overlay reinforcement for old cement concrete pavement at home and abroad, how the semi-flexible overlay of cement-emulsified asphalt, the asphalt surface, and the old cement concrete pavement affect the bearing capacity and fatigue life of different pavement structures, was analyzed. The calculation result shows that, on the condition of less serious damage to old cement concrete pavement, the semi-flexible overlay of cement-emulsified asphalt and the asphalt surface of the both structure meet the requirement of bearing capacity and fatigue life; however, given that comprehensive force and building cost, the structure A is preferred, i.e., applying a semi-flexible overlay of cement-emulsified asphalt mixture and a coating of asphalt mixture; on the condition of the same equivalent elasticity modulus of old pavement, increase of asphalt thickness may reduce the tensile stress at the bottom of each layer, but on the premise of satisfied bearing capacity and fatigue performance, the asphalt layer is not the thicker the better.
