高填方波纹钢涵洞受力特性及地震动力响应研究

摘    要:为研究高填方波纹钢涵洞在静力条件下的受力性能及其地震动力响应规律,以保泸高速公路芒宽连接线高填方大跨波纹钢涵洞工程为依托,开展了数值模拟计算。研究了不同填方高度下波纹钢涵洞的受力情况及地震作用下波纹钢涵洞不同部位的动力响应。结果表明:①波纹钢涵洞管顶及管底的竖向位移最大,左、右管侧横向位移最大。②波纹钢涵洞最大主应力主要出现在波纹钢波峰位置。最小主应力则主要集中出现在波纹钢波谷位置。③在地震作用下,波纹钢涵波峰断面Mises应力值远大于波谷断面,左右管腰附近破坏风险最大,波谷断面管顶处加速度有明显放大。

Study on Force Characteristics and Seismic Dynamic Response of High-fill Corrugated Steel Culvert
Abstract:In order to study the mechanical behavior of high-fill corrugated steel culvert under static condition and the law of seismic dynamic response thereof, the high-fill large-span corrugated steel culvert on Mangkuan Link Line of Baoshan-Lushui Highway was taken as the engineering background to carry out numerical simulation and calculation. The study aimed at the force conditions of the culvert under different fill height and the dynamic response at different part of the culvert under seismic load. The results show that, ① the top and bottom of corrugated steel culvert have maximum vertical displacement, and the left and right side have maximum transverse displacement; ② the maximum principal stress of corrugated steel culvert mainly occurs at the crest of corrugated steel, while the minimum principal stress at the trough; ③ under action of earthquake, the value of Mises stress at the crest section is considerably larger than that at the trough section, the left and right waist is subject to the largest failure risk, and the crest of trough section allows the acceleration magnified significantly.
