高性能橡胶沥青混合料试验研究及工程应用

摘    要:橡胶沥青混合料不仅符合环保要求,而且具有优良的低温抗裂性、高温稳定性、抗老化性能以及抗水损害性能,铺筑的橡胶沥青路面还具有舒适、噪音低、裂缝少等诸多优点。通过室内试验分析了橡胶沥青的优选制备、橡胶改性机理、橡胶粉种类及细度等对沥青性能影响,并以某市政路面改造工程为依托,进行了橡胶粉掺量设计、配合比设计以及路用性能验证,最后简要阐述了橡胶沥青混合料施工工艺和施工注意事项。通车近两年后,路面状况良好。

Experimental Study and Engineering Application of High Performance Rubber Asphalt NFlxture

Abstract:Rubber asphalt mixture not only meets the requirements of environmental protection, but also has excellent low-temperature anti-cracking performance, high-temperature stability, anti-aging properties and water damage resistance; and the rubber asphalt pavement has the advantages of comfort, low noise and less cracks. Through the indoor tests, this paper analyzes the influence of optimization and preparation of rubber asphalt, modification mechanism of rubber, and types and fineness of rubber powder on the asphalt performance; then based on a certain municipal road reconstruction project, the design of rubber powder content and mixture ratio, and the road performance verification are carried out; at last, the construction technology of rubber asphalt mixture and the construction points for attention are summarized. After opened to traffic for nearly two years, the situation of the pavement are satisfied.
