石屑改良膨胀土的物理力学特性研究

摘    要:基于膨胀土的物理改良方法,研究了石屑作为膨胀土物理改良材料的可行性。对石屑不同掺加量的膨胀土混合料进行颗粒筛分试验、标准击实试验、液塑限试验、无侧限抗压强度试验、CBR试验以及回弹模量试验,研究石屑对膨胀土的活动度、无侧限抗压强度值、CBR值以及回弹模量值等物理力学指标的影响。研究结果表明:掺入石屑后,能有效降低膨胀土的活动度,显著提高无侧限抗压强度、CBR和回弹模量等力学指标;当石屑掺量大于15%时,膨胀土活动度的降低幅度,以及无侧限抗压强度、CBR和回弹模量提高的幅度变小。

Study on Physical and Mechanical Properties of Expansive Soil Improved by Aggregate Chips
Abstract:Based on physical improvement method for expansive soil, the feasibility of aggregate chips as the improvement material was studied. Particle screening test, standard compaction test, liquid and plastic limits test, unconfined compression strength test, CBR test, and resilience modules test were carried out on the expansive soil mixed with aggregate chips in different contents, by which its effects on the physical and mechanical indicators of the soil, such as mobility, unconfined compression strength, CBR, and resilience modules, were discussed. The result shows that, when aggregate chips are mixed, the expansive soil’s mobility may be decreased and other mechanical indicators, such as unconfined compression strength, CBR, and resilience modules, may be increased to a great extent; when the content of aggregate chips is more than 15%, the extent of both the decrement of mobility and the increment of unconfined compression strength,CBR, and resilience modules, are reduced.
