摘    要:小净距重叠盾构近距离侧穿运营隧道施工技术要求高,需要确保运营隧道、成型隧道、周边建(构)筑物的安全。合理可行的施工方案能有效减小施工沉降,降低施工风险。针对昆明地铁首期工程市政通道配套施工项目,在施工中,采用同步注双液浆、渣土改良、成型隧道临时支撑、洞内管片注浆及试掘进段施工参数研究,在昆明火车站站—环城南路站区间实施小净距重叠盾构近距离侧穿运营隧道施工技术方案,顺利地完成了施工任务。

Construction Techniques for Small Clear Distance and Up and Down Overlapping Shield passing through Tunnels at Close Range
Abstract:The construction of a tunnel with a small clear clearance and a full overlap of the upper and lower tunnels passing through the tunnel at a close distance requires high technical requirements and needs to ensure the safety of the operating tunnel, the formed tunnel, and the surrounding buildings and structures. Feasible construction solutions can effectively reduce construction settlement and reduce construction risks. The technical methods adopted in this project are studied through simulating construction parameters, excavation in the test section, summarizing construction parameters, and parameter optimization, etc., summarizing the feasible construction parameters and meeting the on-site construction requirements. This paper introduces the construction technology proposel of tunnels close to the tunnel from a small net space to a fully overlapped tunnel between the Kunming Railway Station and the South Huancheng Road Station in the first phase of the construction of the Kunming Metro project.
