摘    要:以深圳地铁9号线上梅林车站基坑工程为研究对象,通过数值模拟分析,研究了基坑施工阶段围护结构变形与邻近框架建筑物沉降规律,并结合现场实测数据进行对比分析。结果表明:随着基坑开挖深度的增加,围护结构最大水平位移不断增大,其出现位置不断降低,同时邻近建筑物沉降逐渐增大;在开挖基坑第四层土方之前,建筑物沉降增加缓慢,第四层土方开挖后,建筑物沉降显著增大;在计算模型及参数合理的前提下,通过数值模拟方法可以超前预测围护结构变形及邻近框架建筑物沉降规律。

Analysis on Effect of Foundation Pit Excavation on Settlement of Adjacent Frame Building
Abstract:Based on the foundation pit project of Shangmeilin Station on Shenzhen Metro Line 9, the laws how the supporting structure deforms and the adjacent frame building settles in the construction period, were studied with numerical simulation, then in combination with the data measured, the comparative analysis was made. The result shows that, as the excavation depth increases, the maximum horizontal displacement of supporting structure increases continuously and the occurring position keeps decreasing, simultaneously, the settlement of adjacent building increases gradually; prior to excavation of the fourth floor of earthwork, the building settlement increases slowly, but significantly after the excavation; on the premise of reasonable calculation model and parameters, the laws of supporting structure deformation and adjacent frame building settlement may be predicted by numerical simulation.
