顺层陡坡抗滑桩外侧单壁堑沟爆破开挖研究

摘    要:顺层陡坡嵌岩抗滑桩外侧常规深孔爆破开挖高速公路单壁堑沟,堑沟外侧多半幅常在钻爆作业半径外,内侧墙壁呈现严重凹凸。针对边坡高陡顺层、坡脚高下切工程地质条件、复杂的爆破环境与苛刻的施工要求,结合抗滑桩爆破开挖破损程度,借鉴地下矿山下向扇形布孔与预裂爆破技术,依据爆破有害效应与孔网参数、装药结构、起爆顺序、最大一段装药量等控制爆破理论,对顺层陡坡抗滑桩外侧单壁堑沟爆破开挖进行研究,提出了适合、简单、易操作的爆破方案。爆破后,效果佳,达到了设计要求。

Research on the Excavation of Single Wall Road Trench by Blasting in the Outer of Anti-Slide Pile on Bedding Steep Slope
Abstract:The common deep-hole-blasting excavation highway single wall trench in the outer of rock-socketed anti-slide pile on bedding steep slope results in no drilling and no blasting construction in most outer of single wall trench, appearing seriously concave and convex on inter wall of single wall trench. In the case of the geological condition with the steep bedding rock slope and high cutting slope, serious cracked outer structures of anti-slide pile by blasting and complex blasting environment and harsh constructing requirements, in the light of the technology of downward fan hole in underground mine,the technology of presplitting blasting and based on the relativity between the harmful effects of blasting and the parameters of the borehole, charging structure, the detonating order and the most charging amount etc, a suitable and simple blasting scheme which easy to operate is put forward by studying for the excavation of single wall trench by blasting in the outer of anti-slide pile on bedding steep slope. The practice has proved that it is good and that the design requirements are achieved.
