| 摘 要： | 结合挖孔灌注桩在马沟大桥中的实际应用,对挖孔灌注桩的施工过程控制,包括桩孔挖掘过程、钢筋笼的制作和安装以及灌注混凝土等工序,均进行了严格的控制和探索。同时,对18根挖孔灌注桩的成桩质量进行了超声波检测。检测结果表明,马沟大桥挖孔灌注桩施工的各项控制对于提高成桩质量收到了良好效果。

| Abstract: | Combined with actual application of drilling grouting pile in Magou Bridge,construction process of drilling grouting pile,including pile hole digging process,reinforcing cage fabrication and installation,and grouting concrete procedures,are strictly controlled and explored.Meanwhile,18 drilling grouting piles are conducted ultrasonic detection.It is indicated from the result that control measures of drilling grouting pile construction of Magou Bridge has received good effect for improvement of pile quality. |
