地铁车辆段软土复合地基水泥搅拌桩施工线路沉降分析

摘    要:依托宁波市轨道交通5号线经堂庵跟车辆段道路工程,运用ABAQUS有限元软件计算分析地基置换率、桩土应力比、桩长及桩体刚度对3条线路有列车换算土柱荷载作用时的影响,研究软土水泥搅拌桩复合地基地铁线路沉降及其影响因素。得出最低临界置换率和最小桩长,发现桩土应力比和桩体刚度的改变对复合地基沉降量和加固影响深度的作用效果不敏感。

Analysis of Construction Line Settlement of Cement Mixing Pile for Soft Soil Composite Foundation in Metro Depot
Abstract:Based on the road project of Jingtangyangen Metro depot of Ningbo rail transit line 5, the ABAQUS abaqus finite element software has been applied to calculate and analyze the influence of foundation replacement rate, pile-soil stress ratio, pile length and pile stiffness on the settlement of composite foundation under the action of train-converted soil column load of the three lines. The minimum critical replacement rate and minimum pile length have been obtained, and the settlement of soft soil cement mixing pile composite foundation for subway line and its influencing factors are studied, It is found that the change of pile-soil stress ratio and pile stiffness is not sensitive to the effect of settlement and reinforcement depth of composite foundation.
