寒冷地区气泡混合轻质土应用性能研究

摘    要:为促进气泡混合轻质土在寒冷地区工程的应用,对气泡混合轻质土及其表面密封处理后的热工性能和抗冻性能进行试验研究。结果表明:气泡混合轻质土具有良好的热工性能,导热系数随密度的降低而降低,二者成线性相关;当容重等级高于W9,不采用表面密封处理,气泡混合轻质土可经受15次冻融循环不发生冻融破坏,当采用表面密封处理,容重等级为W7即可满足;表面密封处理有利于保证气泡混合轻质土抗冻性,柔性材料具有适应温度变形的能力,密封效果优于刚性材料。

Research on the Performance of Application of Foamed Mixture Lightweight Soil in Cold Regions
Abstract:The thermal performance and antifreeze performance of foamed mixture lightweight soil and its surface after sealing treatment were studied in order to promote the application of foamed mixture lightweight soil in cold regions engineering. The results show that the foamed mixture lightweight soil has good thermal performance, and the thermal conductivity decreases with the decrease of the density, and the two are linearly related; when the bulk density grade is higher than W9, without surface sealing treatment, the foamed mixture lightweight soil can withstand 15 freeze-thaw cycles without freeze-thaw damage. When the surface sealing treatment is used, the bulk density grade of W7 can be satisfied. The surface sealing treatment is beneficial to ensure the frost resistance of the foamed mixture lightweight soil. The flexible material has the ability to adapt to temperature deformation, and the sealing effect is better than that of the rigid materials.
