电控发动机氧传感器对排放影响的研究

摘    要:对氧传感器正常工作和信号缺失对电控发动机排放以及三元催化转换器转化效率等指标的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明,怠速工况下,空燃比控制系统不以氧传感器信号作为反馈和进行修正的依据,氧传感器通断前后,排放量变化不大,转化效率较高且前后变化不大。中速中等负荷时,氧传感器是否正常工作对CO、HC的排放和三元催化器的转化效率影响较大。

Abstract:The influence of the oxygen sensor in normal working or out of signal on the exhaust emission of the electrical engine and the efficiency of three-way catalytic converter is tested. The result shows that, under the condition of idling, the signal of oxygen sensor is not used as basis of feedback and correction. The exhaust enlission shows few differences and the converting efficiency is quite high whether the oxygen sensor is in working or not. Under the condition of the middle velocity and load, the oxygen sensor has deep influence on the exhaust emission of CO and HC and the converting efficiency of the three-way catalytic converter.
