尾门扰流板设计

摘    要:尾门扰流板是空气动力学套件之一,有助于降低风阻和油耗;而扰流板又是重要的外观设计件,是车辆产品正向开发中的重要一环。文章首先针对不同的尾门扰流板进行策略对比,结果表明注塑扰流板拥有较大优势;再采用六西格玛设计(DFSS)思路对扰流板参数进行优化,使风阻系数降低了0.035;最后针对高低配不同扰流板配置进行了对比分析,并通过CAE仿真确定紧固方案以满足各项性能要求。

Abstract:Lift gate spoiler is one of the aero dynamical components,which is good for reducing wind drag to decrease oil consumption.Meanwhile,spoiler is an important exterior and cars'development link.Firstly,different lift gate spoiler strategy is compared,it is found that injection molding spoiler has big advantage;then spoiler factors are optimized by DFSS,to reduce the coefficient of drag to 0.035cd;Finally different spoiler configurations of base and high level are analyzed,and fastener option is confirmed to meet performance requirements though CAE.
