| 摘 要： | 文章以汽车企业为研究对象,说明项目成本管理的重要性.同时,以通用汽车为案例企业,着重介绍了项目成本管理在新项目开发的具体实施情况.通过对汽车企业实施项目成本管理的过程研究,论述了新车型项目开发过程中的成本控制,希望能为国内其他汽车企业的成本控制提供一点启发.

| Abstract: | Automobile enterprise is chosen as a target to express the importance of project cost management.Meanwhile,the specific implement status of project cost management in new vehicle development is focused through the example of General Motors.Cost control in new vehicle development is discussed through the research of the application of project cost management in automotive enterprises.It is expected to provide some enlightenment to the cost control in other domestic automotive enterprises. |
