乳化液废水处理工艺技术中试研究

摘    要:采用隔油—混凝沉淀—水解酸化—好氧生物氧化—竖流沉淀工艺对东风商用车公司发动机厂机械加工过程产生的含乳化液废水进行了中试研究。试验结果表明,CODCr在1000mg/L,石油类在20mg/L左右的含乳化液废水经该工艺处理后,出水中各项指标为CODCr30-83mg/L,BOD5为10-38mg/L,石油类2-3mg/L,均可达到《废水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的一级排放标准。

Abstract:A pilot study was done to treating the emulsion wastewater from the machining process in the engine factory,DongFeng commercial vehicle company with the combined processes of oil-separated-coagulating sedimentation-hydrolyzation and acidification-biological oxidation-vertical flow sedimentation.The full-scale experimental data showed,under the steady running state,when CODCr and oil concentration of influent were respectively arrounding 1000mg/L and 20mg/L,that the emulsion wastewater can be treated well by the combined processes.The CODCr,BOD5,oil concentration of effluent respectively were:30-83mg/L,10-38mg/L,2-3mg/L,which was according with the first effluent standard of GB8978-1996.
