结构增强型高强密水铺装材料设计及性能试验研究

摘    要:增加水泥桥面铺装下层的模量,有利于提升沥青铺装结构的耐久性。现从水泥桥面沥青铺装层路用性能出发,提出了针对结构增强型沥青混合料的设计方法。通过沥青改性与级配优化,开发了适用于水泥桥面铺装下层的结构增强型沥青混合料,并开展了性能试验研究。结果表明:研发的高强密水沥青混合料可以有效提高路面的抗车辙性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、抗永久变形及耐疲劳性能,工程应用效果良好,证明了此基于路用性能的混合料设计方法的合理性。

Abstract:Increasing the modulus of the lower layer of cement bridge deck pavement is beneficial to improve the durability of asphalt pavement structure.Based on the road performance of asphalt pavement on cement bridge decks,this paper proposed a design method for structurally enhanced asphalt mixture.Through asphalt modification and gradation optimization,a structurally enhanced asphalt mixture suitable for the lower layer of cement bridge deck paving was developed,and performance test research was carried out.The results showed that the proposed high-strength watertight asphalt mixture could effectively improve the rutting resistance,low-temperature crack resistance,water stability,permanent deformation resistance and fatigue resistance of the road surface.The engineering application effect was good,which proved the rationality of the mixture design method based on road performance proposed in the paper.
