公路PC箱梁腹板裂缝成因与混凝土应力限值研究

摘    要:针对公路预应力混凝土连续梁、连续刚构桥箱梁腹板的裂缝问题,从设计、施工等方面进行成因分析。对其腹板应力进行空间有限元分析,在研究腹板二向应力状态及其强度准则,对国内外相应设计规范进行比较分析的基础上,指出我国现行《公路桥涵设计规范》关于预应力构件混凝土应力限值表达式存在的缺陷,提出公路桥PC箱梁混凝土的推荐应力限值条件。

Abstract:In the light of crack problems of box girder webs of prestressed concrete(PC) continuous girder and continuous rigid-frame highway bridges,the causes leading to the crack problems are analyzed from aspects of design and construction, and the stress in the webs is analyzed with spatial finite element method.On the basis of study of two-dimensional stress state and strength criteria of the webs,and the comparative analysis of related design specifications at home and abroad,the defects of concrete stress limit value formulas of prestressed elements in the current Design Specifications for Highway Bridges and Culverts in China are pointed out,and the stress limit conditions for PC box girder highway bridges are put forward as well.
