武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装设计与施工

摘    要:武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥为双塔三索面三主桁公铁两用斜拉桥,对该桥公路桥主桥钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装的设计与施工进行研究。采用通用有限元程序ADINA建立铺装结构局部梁段模型,根据有限元分析结果并结合该桥结构与环境条件确定环氧沥青铺装层厚度为60 mm,根据材料及铺装结构性能优化环氧沥青混合料并确定铺装层结构形式。针对该桥结构与环境条件,施工中采用粘结料智能洒布、施工时温控制与施工养护等关键技术。目前,该桥已经全线贯通,运营情况良好。
