摘    要:深港皇岗—落马洲人行通道桥是一座独斜塔双索面斜拉桥,主梁为3层钢梁结构,底、中层为体外栓接型全焊钢箱梁,顶层为钢桁梁,各层之间通过立柱采用螺栓连接。针对底层钢箱梁的制造进行研究,通过合理划分板单元、采用高效实用的拼装定位胎模等工艺方案,摸索了体外栓接型全焊钢箱梁的制造工艺。

Abstract:The Pedestrian Bridge between Huanggang, Shenzhen and Lok Ma Chau, Hongkong is a single inclined pylon and double cable plane cable-stayed bridge. The main girder of the Bridge is designed as a three-level steel structure, of which the bottom and intermediate levels are the fully welded steel box girders of externally bolting type, the top level is a steel truss girder and all the three levels are connected by bolting by box posts. In the fabrication of the girders of the Bridge, the research for fabrication of the box girder at the bottom level was made and the fabricating workmanship for the fully welded steel box girders of externally bolting type was worked out through trial and error on the basis of rationally dividing the plate elements and using the efficient and practical assembling and positioning bed jig.
