梅山水库金桃大桥无支架缆索吊装系统设计

摘    要:安徽省金寨县梅山水库金桃大桥采用无支架缆索吊装方案进行上部结构安装,缆索吊装系统采用连续4索跨结构,索跨组合为42.4 m+275 m+223 m+72 m,总设计吊装重量为83 t.主要介绍该缆索吊装系统的缆索系统、扣挂系统、主塔架系统和锚固系统的设计.

Abstract:The superstructure of Jintao Bridge over the Meishan Reservoir in Jinzhai County,Anhui Province was erected by the cable lifting system without supports.The lifting system was designed as a four-span continuous cable structure with span arrangement 42.4 m+275 m+223 m+72 m with the designed total lifting capacity 83 t.In this paper,the design of the cable system,fastening and suspension system,tower system and anchorage system of the lifting system is mainly dealt with.
