氢燃料电池汽车试验体系研究

摘    要:为了建立氢燃料电池汽车试验验证体系,通过分析氢燃料电池汽车的系统构型、燃料电池发动机系统、车载氢系统技术特点,提出了零部件、系统和整车级试项目,初步构建起燃料电池汽车的试验验证体系,从动力经济性、整车安全、热管理、电子电器、振动与噪声、可靠耐久维度进行分析,梳理出燃料电池汽车试验货架1 618项,其中系统及零部件1330项,整车级288项,针对重点试验项目进行详细阐述。结果表明氢燃料电池汽车试验验证体系对项目开发验证有较强的指导意义。

Research on Verification System of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles

Abstract:In order to establish the test and verification system of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, by analyzing the system configuration, fuel cell engine system, on-board hydrogen system and other technical characteristics of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, the component, system and vehicle level test projects are proposed, and the test and verification system of fuel cell vehicle is preliminarily constructed, by analyzing the dimensions of power economy, vehicle safety, thermal management,electronics and electrics, vibration, noise and reliability and durability, 1 618 fuel cell vehicle test shelves are sorted out.Among them, 1 330 items belongs to system and part aspeet and 288 items belongs to vehicle level. The key test items are described in detail. The results show that the test verification system of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles has strong guiding significance for project development and verification.
