| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了纯电动前置前驱轿车机舱典型布置方案,采用部件集成方法来降低整车成本、优化机舱布置空间,对于电驱动总成、高压部件、电动压缩机、电动水泵等关键部件的布置进行分析说明。合理、整洁、美观、方便装配维修的机舱布置方案,能降低整车开本、提升整车可靠性和舒适性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the engine compartment’s typical layout scheme of pure electric front-drive car.The development cost can be reduced and the layout space of engine compartment can be optimized by using the method of component integration.This paper also analyzes and explains the layout of the key components,such as the electric drive assembly,high-pressure components,electric compressor and electric water pump.Reasonable,clean,beautiful,convenient assembled and easy maintained the engine compartment’s layout scheme,can reduce the costs of the vehicle,improve the vehicle’s reliability and comfort. |
