| 摘 要： | 随着新能源汽车的发展,新能源汽车电机拆装平台已经成为新能源汽车电机维修必不可少的设备了。因此,新能源驱动电机翻转拆装平台的研发有助于新能源汽车的维护和保养。本课题利用涡轮蜗杆传动,实现水平好垂直方向360°翻转、水平四点定位锁止的新能源汽车电机拆装翻转实训台架。此台架具有以下优点:(1)性能可靠,操作简捷;(2)能实现水平和垂直方向360°转动,水平四点定位锁止;(3)价格低廉,应用广泛。

| Abstract: | With the development of new energy vehicles,the new energy vehicle motor disassembly platform has become an indispensable equipment for new energy vehicle motor maintenance.Therefore,the research and development of the new energy drive motor flip and disassembly platform is helpful to the maintenance of new energy vehicles.This subject uses a worm gear drive to achieve a horizontal and vertical 360°flip,horizontal four-point positioning and locking of the new energy vehicle motor disassembly and assembly flip training platform.This stand has the following advantages:(1)Reliable performance and simple operation.(2)It can realize 360°rotation in horizontal and vertical directions,horizontal four-point positioning and locking.(3)Low price and wide application. |
