| 摘 要： | 通过对现代学徒制在汽车维修专业运用中存在的问题进行分析,对观念思想难以统一、企业角色扮演单一、课程结构设计老旧、理论为主实操为辅的几个问题进行归纳,总结出了现代学徒制在高职汽车维修专业中运用与实践中存在的阻碍,并针对这些阻碍给出了若干改善策略,从各方角色角度进行了系统的分析,解决了现代学徒制运用道路中的拦路虎,为综合素质人才培养铺平道路。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the problems existing in the application of modern apprenticeship in the automotive maintenance profession,several problems are summarized,such as the difficulty of unifying concepts and thoughts,the single role playing of the enterprise,the outdated curriculum structure design,and the theory-based practical operation supplemented.The article summarizes the obstacles that exist in the application and practice of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational car maintenance majors,and gives a number of improvement strategies for these obstacles,conducts a systematic analysis from the perspective of various roles,and removes the obstacles in the application of modern apprenticeship to pave the way for the cultivation of comprehensive quality talents. |
